I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a confirmed reservation. The rooms are cozy but a bit small, yet very close to the Grand Bazaar and historic attractions. The service was subpar, especially when pressured to book excursions without admitting fault. The location is excellent, walking distance to shopping, and away from the crowded areas. The dining experience was mediocre, with limited breakfast options, and the facilities are decent.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, but they were smaller than expected and quite noisy at times. The service was top-notch, with professional and friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient for sightseeing and shopping, being close to metro and tram stations, Grand Bazar, and Sultan Ahmet, although some areas need improvement. The dining options were varied and satisfying, but the gym offerings before breakfast left much to be desired. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
