Adequate Stay with Some Disappointments

The location was great, close to the tram station , made it easy to get around.

I had issues with the cleanliness of the room. The housekeeping did not consistently clean the room, and I had to call the reception several times (this was quite irritating). I found that the noise isolation wasn't good. I could hear the sounds of the bazaar late into the night.

central location efficient staff smooth transfers

The location allows easy access to main attractions nearby. Staff members were efficient. They promptly addressed a room issue. The hotel's airport transfer arrangement via Whatsapp was efficient and well managed.

The gym hours conflicted with tourist schedules. This made it difficult to use the facilities at convenient times.

The staff was always ready to help and very professional . Cumali and Mehmet offered really good assistance throughout the visit. They ensured a smooth experience. The service was prompt and helpful.

The room offered sufficient space for a family. It included comfortable beds. New bottles of water were provided daily. The room was cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom had a good size and was adequately equipped with essential amenities.

The hotel sits close to many attractions. It is also next to the tram line for easy travel. Several restaurants surround the premises. This offers many dining options. Mini markets are also nearby. This adds convenience.
